Exceptionally comfortable, clean, well furnished and quiet in an excellent location only a short distance from shops and main tourist attractions. Beautiful wooden fittings and, although newly built, oozed charm and character. We had the smaller chalet with one bedroom and, although there was no seating area inside apart from around the kitchen table, this was no problem and we loved using the large balcony and outside seating area where we could relax with a glass or two and enjoy the tranquility. The owner, David, was extremely helpful and dealt with queries quickly and efficiently; communications were all we could have hoped for and we couldn't have asked for more. A really great place to stay in a stunningly beautiful area.

Such a beautiful authentic chalet with the most picturesque location you could imagine! Super close to Hallstatt if you’re visiting, plus gosausee lakes and more. Check in was easy, parking is right outside, and there’s fabulous places to eat just a ten minute walk away (head to kostbar syriana!). The house is perfect for two, beautifully equipped with new, clean appliances and cooking equipment and everything you could need. Make sure you’re booking the right place though, there are two buildings, one for two people and one for four people and the photos here show both. We stayed in the smaller one. The balcony was so perfect, we loved the swing chair! Would highly recommend.
