Located just off the busy area of Ayia Napa however the rooms are very quiet and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and always happy. The guys at the reception make you feel very welcome. The place has its own parking which is very helpful. Overall the apartment exceeded my expectations.

Easy to find and 20 minute walk down to Aiya Napa. We stay here for a couple of days to meet up with friends from Cyprus and have done so for the last 3 years. For us it provides great value for a comfortable room with excellent air con. We don’t use the small kitchenette at all but it seems functional

Great and honest location, closet to the center. You can walk around and reach the beach. Staff is kind and friendly. The room is big enough for two. The kitchenette you will find everything to prepare breakfast or lunch.

The location is good and the staff is very kind and wants to help. Our room was clean and our towels were changed twice in our seven day stay. The breakfast could be had at Mia Hotel next door and we could have used the pool there also.
