- very good localization (10min by walk to Nissi beach) - quiet neighbourhood - large patio with sunbeds - excellent WiFi - smartTV (helpful due to early sunset in November) - parking spot next to apartment

I recommend these apartments, close to Nissi Beach, great view from the balcony to the sea and the pool, the apartments have everything you need for both short-term and long-term stays. For such apartments, the price is very reasonable. Thank you Panayiotis and Natalia.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the pool, with a large veranda and everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet complex. Nissi Beach 5 minutes walk, Nissi Avenue with restaurants and pubs 2 minutes walk. Responsive hosts Panayiotis and Natalia. Definitely recommend.

Ayia Napa is very busy place, with its restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, there are plenty of possibilities to go out and explore the area. Accommodation is in a nice apartment complex, with shared pool. Walking distance to Nissi beach, restaurants, supermarkets is an advantage. Apartment owners were very nice and helpful, replied to any of our questions and also cared how we are doing. Apartment is large enough, with cool terrace, 2 air cons (very quiet and very much needed). Large benefit was the set of beach towels, and complementary bottles of water in the fridge. There is the opportunity to use washing machine, which is great help. There is also private parking place available, hidden in the shadow, which is real help for visitors with rented car.
