Please note that the reception operating hours are 08:30-16:30 from 1 November to 30 April.
Upon your arrival please call the emergency telephone provided at reception area. The reception operates 24 hours a day from 1 May to 31 October.From 1 November until 31 March the pool bar does not operate and breakfast is not served.Children (under 18 years old) are welcome only with adults accompanied.Identification card/passport is needed for check-in.Please note that air conditioning and safes are available in the units and its use is subject to extra charges.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great simple hotel with everything you need in Aiya Napa. Very friendly staff, great location close to the beach and restaurants, really lovely pool! and a great bar!

The staff here, in particular Bambo and Tommi on the pool bar were absolutely fantastic, the rooms are as you would expect in a budget friendly hotel, clean and tidy, air con works as it should. Pool clean, bar food is nice, you just can't go wrong for the money.

Location was perfect and quiet in the day. The walk to the strip and restaurants was about 10 minutes and really easy to book a taxi from the hotel. Staff were so friendly and the family room was perfect for us 4 girls.
