Very near to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet at night. I prefer this type of location.

Overall, we would definitely recommend to rent the apartment. It was spacious enough that our family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 kids could spend almost two weeks there. The biggest plus about the apartment is the close vicinity to Nissi beach. You can access the beach easily by foot. Konnos Beach is about 10-15 min away by car. We rented a car from Larnaca Airport and had a free parking place (be aware that the parking spot is a bit tricky (high slope) - we parked the car infront of the actual spot in order not to damage the car body). Furthermore, since we travelled as a family, we tried to avoid the frenzy of Ayia Napa and were not disappointed, as the area around the apartment is definitely more calm (though not always) than in the town itself.
