Nice hotel but ice cold pool average breakfast buffet and had to ask for the room to be cleaned

Not a great experience. I had paid the hotel through booking, however the receptionist insisted I had to pay again (the matter was later resolved). The hotel is an ok tourist hotel. However, the breakfast is average at best the hotel is loud at night due to partying people.

The day time manager was absolutely fantastic, mona maybe? I'm terrible with names and as always the evening receptionist cela*? again names elude me.
