I liked everything about this apartment. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, very well equipped. Free and easy parking in the little street outside. It's one of four sharing a common main entrance, the others occupied by 'normal' residents. Things could get a little 'lively' with the kids upstairs while trying to have a siesta in the afternoon, but it really was no big deal. I loved the little enclosed patio outside the kitchen: (I'm afraid I do occasionally enjoy a smoke, and I did ask the people upstairs if it was problem). And the 'neighbours' are really friendly. OH... the Wifi is EXCELLENT. Right, three little suggestions if you're coming to stay: 1) it's 1,5km from the city centre, easy 15-minute walk downhill to get there, but although not a steep hill coming back up, it's long, so it's worth knowing that a taxi is only 5€ after a big meal or a splurge in El Jamón! 2: There is a brilliant and very 'local' bar about 700m down the hill, called 'La Madrugá', it's SO friendly! 3: If you're coming for more than a couple of days, it might be worth packing a couple of saucepans in your car boot, for some reason there was only one HUGE saucepan. I'm deliberately not putting any of these observations in the 'dislike' section. The kitchen was otherwise brilliantly full of all the other stuff you'd need, including a coffee maker (Dolce Gusto, by the way, handy to know if you're picking up essentials on the way). Look out for the statue of 'Donald Trump' on the 'alternative' walking route into town. I thought it was hilarious. Seriously, I LOVED Caleros 4B, and fully intend to return as soon as I can.
