Casa Emma is a very comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. Fully air-conditioned. It is neat, aesthetic and nice. The apartment is very well equipped. Plates, glasses, cleaning products, fresh towels, beach umbrellas - it's all there. A nice surprise was cold water in the fridge after several hours of traveling in the heat. The owner is a very nice and friendly person. Very helpful in recommending places worth visiting. Very quick to solve problems - when we locked the keys inside the apartment. Additionally, the inhabitants of Sicily are very nice to children, very open, much more than in other parts of Europe. For people without experience in visiting Sicily and Italy, I recommend: 1) familiarize yourself with the waste recycling system - each day you take a different type of garbage (there is also a landfill in Avola where you can take garbage that has not been collected) 2) be aware that practically no restaurants are open until 6 p.m. 3) road traffic regulations practically do not exist here, you have to be very vigilant, especially if you are traveling on foot with a child.

The location was very good and the host helped us a lot with places to visit and she was very kind! I totally recommend it!
