The location with parking close by underground was great. Just metres from the heart of the town.

Room was fairly ok with a good view, but I still do not get the cultural aspect for not having a place to wash hands and a bidet in the toilet. Breakfast had a good selection, but the do it yourself by cutting bread/salami/cheese and having a "touch free" approach is a big "NO" at least for me.

Fabulous warm welcome by Yoann upon arrival, great communication from the team on email prior to arrival as well. I enquired about parking and they sent clear instructions on where to go, also clear instructions once you enter the car park about which level to park on depending on which Mercure you’re staying in. Short walk from the parking to the hotel. It couldn’t be more perfectly located. Bed comfortable, shower hot and powerful
