Staff- really helpful, particularly the hotel director who was extremely sympathetic regarding the fact I lost 477 euros from being unable to arrive at the hotel on 8 July due to the cancellation of all trains from Paris, due to the wildfire in the Marseille area. Unfortunately as the booking was made through booking.com the hotel was unable to reimburse the cost of the lost night.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the railway station in a lovely tree lined road with lots of cafés. Surprisingly quiet location and very attractive. On arrival the receptionist was super friendly and helpful and apparently I had been upgraded - for no obvious reason! The hotel was lovely and cool, bearing in mind it was 38° outside! My room was wonderful - very clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful, if a little chaotic and the breakfast room/public lounge area is really cosy and attractive.

This was a one-night stay arranged at the last minute, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very good and extremely helpful.

Staff met our every need from checkin to checkout. The location was right in the centre with only a short walk to all the highlights.
