The room and the bathroom was clean. Even if the checkin finished at 18.30, after I paid my bed, Alfredo sent me the code of the door so I could enter to the room at night, as I arrived very late. He was nice, he gave me a lot of useful info about the town. The WIFI was good.

City centre, friendly bar near, semi quiet place, street are loud if some car passes by (old ancient street)…stay only one night

The location is very good if you wanna reach the surrounding area like Sacra di San Michele. The building is very well designed and the room and toilets are super clean. It looks like everything is brand new.

Bikers and hikers friendly. They have also a restaurant with affordable prices. Very central location and friendly staff.
