This is our second stay so that says it all! Ideally situated for walking down to the centre of Aviemore to all the shops and restaurants. Quiet location with off street parking and great dog walks on the doorstep. On arrival there was a meal in the slow cooker for us and that was the icing on the cake! We had a problem with the shower and a quick text brought the owner the next day with a new shower head and problem sorted! The garden was great for our dog, all enclosed and the hot tub was brilliant! We ate 3 times in the Balavoulin, just 15 minutes walk away. Great food, great service and dog friendly, but would recommend booking first! Aviemore is a wonderful place and I’m sure we will be back!

The house is a home from home. Very comfortable and ideal for everyone. Everything you can think of is there to use. Perfectly situated for local dog walks, which there are plenty, right on doorstep and for walking down to the town (10/15 mins walk). Very quiet area and completely wheelchair accessible property. Hot tub in enclosed garden ideal and garden great for dog. Games room in garage was brilliant. Pool table, darts, to name but a few. We stayed for a week but could easily have stayed for another week. We ate a few times in the Balavoulin, would highly recommend, walking distance from house and dog friendly. We went on the Strathspey steam railway and the Cairngorm mountain train. We did something every day, plenty to do and see. A wonderful house and a wonderful place!

Facilities were excellent. Everything clean and tidy. Location was excellect for shops and excursions etc. but was peaceful even tho we were close to town.
