The fine print
After confirmation, an online check-in form will be sent via link and must be completed in order to access your apartment. Once completed you will receive your check-in details 2 days prior to arrival. A damage pre-authorisation hold of 200 local currency is required. This will be collected by credit card during your online check-in and will be released within 7 business days of check-out in full, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note we operate multiple units in this location and the layout of your allocated space may vary from these photos.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Very handy to Silvia Park mall and our family that we were visiting. We are a couple and the apartment had all the amenities we needed and a comfortable bed. All the codes were supplied before we arrived and worked as advertised. Very close to train station for a trip into central Auckland. This worked very well for us and we will use Urban Rest again when visiting family in Auckland in the future.

Convenient location near Sylvia Park Shopping Centre. Amazing facilities open to residents including a hub space with board games, a separate theatre room, a gym with a range of machines and weights, and a gorgeous rooftop space.
