Great location, friendly staff who are always very accommodating. This is a great place to stay! We always return here when visiting family or having a break in Auckland.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected, which was great when travelling with a kid. The food at the restaurant was great, as well. Location was fantastic. All in all, I am so pleased we booked our short Auckland stay at the Surrey!
