If you stay longer than 7 days and we will get the cleaners in at no cost to you for longer stays so you can enjoy your stay and not worry about cleaning or changing the linen, that will all be done for you.If you like you can do an online shopping order via New World - Victoria Park and have your groceries delivered to 44D. on the day of your arrival, just message me and I will give you a different access code for the door. They have 4-time slots you can use any for them for delivery, the evening ones do get booked out tho5% of the total income from this property will go towards my ecology project on the Coromandel "Making Birds in Opoutere" which is clearing weeds and getting rid of pests like Rats, Stoats and Possums. Great location as it was walking distance to cafes and the supermarket. The facilities and property were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The heaters worked great for a chilly winter stay. Our hosts were also super flexible with our checkout time also which was such a massive help on the day!

Clean, comfy, well set up with everything you would need. Great to have internal parking. The host has thought of everything and has out lots of effort into making sure you have a great stay. Excellent comms. The spa is lovely.

It was great proximity to the arena, which is the reason that we were there and it was lovely to stay an apartment as opposed to a motel
