It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.If no credit card is present at check-in for authorisation a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorisations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account.Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made. Location. Reception (welcoming and helpful) was able to accommodate our requests. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. Must be popular as we tried booking another stay and nothing was available for our dates.

The location is perfect. Central to the shopping centre, beach and motorway access. We loved that it was 2 storey, it gave the illusion of more space which meant we weren’t always in each other’s space. We had everything we needed to make it feel like home away from home. The apartment is warm and dry and in a quiet location. No parties and no noise from traffic. We usually stay in hotel accommodation in Manukau but we will now stay at this facility. It has a pool, gym, tennis court and playground for the kids. All the eateries are within walking distance. We highly recommend this establishment.

Third time staying at Newhaven. Great prime location to all amenities. Security to the premises is great. You have the pool and gym to use. We were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the booked 1 bedroom. Staff are good to communicate with too. Would recommend Newhaven and would definitely be coming back.
