Lovely old, warm character home right in town, quiet neighborhood, easy access to get all around Auckland. Free parking. Prompt in addressing issues (leaky dishwasher, new door lock battery).

Felt like home away from home. Surprisingly quiet but very accessible to the business of Ponsonby shops & cafes by foot. Loved the compact washing machine. Cleverly decked out witgh the basics needed for morning cup of tea/coffee before eating at many of the fine eateries close by.
