We got the airport transfer van that was offered as a service. The staff thought of everything and made the process very enjoyable. After arriving at 7pm.our heater was on and our bags were put into our room for us. Rooms have been freshly renovated.

Arrived at Auckland International Airport and a phone call to let staff know that we were ready to be picked up. The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport and to the Motel. Our rooms were clean, fresh and had everything that we needed. Awesome staff. Great place to stay.
