I loved the beds, and the rooms were beautifully designed with everything we needed. The customer service was outstanding! I especially appreciated that when I mentioned my knee issues, our wonderful host upgraded us to a lovely downstairs room at no extra cost.

This is a lovely little hotel in the Mt Eden neighbourhood of Auckland. Its location is great – it's a quick walk to a number of nice cafes and restaurants. The old house is charming and the bed was super-comfortable. Lynn, Erica & Kerri were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was short but we look forward to returning.

It’s very cozy, for me felt like home away from home. Travelling so far away from home, this house and its hosts made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s located very close to the center but away from the noise and busy streets. Has a big supermarket around the corner and great food/restaurants open. Then, as a tourist, you can pick up location of Cordis hotel for drop offs/pick up, takes 5 min by Uber. Kerri the live in host has been friendly, helpful, flexible and overall made the stay an amazing experience. Thank you!

We liked everything. The shower was a little small and hard to get the right heat but other than that everything was lovely. The staff there friendly and very helpful
