The fine print
There is a 3.15% Surcharge for all bookings online. On Checking -in, the guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the card used for online booking for verification.
The photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. There is a refundable bond of NZD $150 for incidental charges and damages, if any, for the stay while paying in Cash or Debit Card.
Please Note: Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans.
Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stayed again after recent last visit (June) again, comfy beds and pillows, spacious room, spacious shower cubicle, liked the complimentary shower gel/hand soap.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Spacious room, bonus to have a mini-kitchen. Close to airport, used Yellow Bus for free to arrive and depart. Exceptional value for money, coming from the UK and the exchange rate. Enjoyed the complimentary shower gel, hand soap, lotion.
