It was a 1 star hotel, so my expectations weren't very high. But I think the shared toilets and bathrooms could be kept cleaner. But I chose it because it was very close to the sea. The room was a good size and it also had a balcony, which I liked. And it had a fridge, so as the weather was hot, I could keep cold drinks in it and enjoy them on the balcony.

The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful with tips from restaurants in the area to local buses and connections. Location was lovely, right across the beach, with supermarket, delicious bakery and pharmacy right under my balcony. Bus and tram stop just 3 min walk away. Loved the mix of locals, backpackers and young travellers, all very friendly. Price was very attractive too.

Opposite the beach. A 15 min walk into Glyfada.. Bus stop to the airport / Athens and other towns to explore !! Supermarket very near and bakery for excellent coffee and pastries !! 15 min walk to Voula Square lovely restaurants!! Lovely staff at Miramere ..
