The place is lovely, with a fantastic view of Assisi and the surrounding hills. It's very clean, just a 6-minute drive from Assisi. The staff is friendly

Great location, at the bottom of the hill to Assisi with an easy bus ride up the hill. As other reviewers shared the staff don't speak English but we navigated fine. the room was simple and comfortable, a fine size for just one person.
