Amazing view, close access to Assisi while being isolate enough to keep in contact with nature, the owner is incredibly respectful and kind, the room was spotless and well decorated, the cleaning lady very considerate ( we weren’t rushed to check out)

Upper floor of an old farmer house. Near the stream just under the hill of Assisi. Great for hiking. Ideal if you come with a car, yet you have to park and pay in the city itself. Simple but good value for money!

The owner received us and was super kind and helpful. He gave us great tips on which places to visit when I asked him and we did not regret following the tips. He speaks French, too! That was nice, since I speak French as well. Our view was to the Basilica and it looked beautiful both at night as in the morning. The coffee we could make ourselves was great and we had coffee in the room sitting on a cute table looking at the Basilica. The room was also of a good temperature, since the place is close to nature. That was very nice to be in such place. There was a fan in the bedroom. There's a shortcut to the city, which goes up hill and that path tot he city was carefully indicated by the owner to us. We also got a good indication of a taxi driver who took us to few places there where public transportation would just not do. I went there with my mom and I would certainly stay there again.
