We found the location and staff exceptional. We had a problem with the noise the AC was making and in the middle of the night the staff had no qualms in coming to try and fix it and offering us another room. We had a beautiful view from the terrace in our room and an excellent stay

As you would expect for a 2 star hotel, it is basic which is what I wanted but I have to say it exceeded my expectations: The location is very central, at one entrance to the old town, a 2 minute walk from the Santa Chiara basilica. The room was large (I booked a triple) and clean with very basic but clean decoration. The shower was excellent. I had a view facing the street on the 3rd floor and my view was stunning (see photo). The roof terrace is also very nice (although for when I stayed it would have been bring your own chair and glass of whatever you like).

The location was central easy to travel around Assisi, if difficulty walking there is a blue link local bus

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good too and location is excellent. Highly recommended!!
