The appartment is well located just in front of Saint Clare Church. The air conditioning was highly important due to the hot weather. Also the washing machine was useful. The communication with the host is easy and not intrusive. He gave all the necessary instructions

This was a perfectly located B&B right by the Santa Chiara Piazza. Giordano was very accommodating, as he had no guests staying the day of our departure he let us use the room until midday when we had to head off to the airport. Another lovely place with a terrace for lounging during the heat of the day, there were two air-con units so the apartment was perfect during the hot nights. Just up the steps is a lovely local restaurant with friendly staff and good priced menu.

We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with our experience. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen and a modern, clean bathroom, everything you need to cook and feel at home. The host was very helpful and friendly, immediately provided us with useful information about the area, and made check-in smooth and easy. The location is ideal for visiting Assisi: quiet, yet close to the city center. A perfect base for exploring the town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!
