Almost everything. Room, washroom were clean, the entire property was cleaned and well maintained. Staff were really cooperative and helpful. Though in the north goa, location of hostsller bam is in a very quiet place. Perfect location.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into my room, it felt brand new, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Very good, in western standards. The atmosphere was cozy, and every detail added to the comfort. The bed was perfect—on the softer side but still very supportive—and the pillows were fantastic. The service truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even following me to the rooftop just to check if I needed my room serviced! A special shoutout to Mukesh at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful, as well as the rest of the team, who were equally attentive. One unique feature is that everything is controlled through the website, including room access via a one-time code that regenerates each time. While it’s convenient not having to carry a key, it took me a little while to get used to the system. That said, the reception team was always happy to assist whenever needed. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about being assigned a ground-floor room, but any concerns disappeared as soon as I stepped inside. It was peaceful, private, and nothing like what I had imagined a ground-floor room to be. The curtains did a great job of blocking out light, making it easy to sleep in, and overall, the room was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. Oh and the rooftop pool + bar were great! I just wish I'd spent more time there. In every way, this stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!
