The view, the room, the decor. Everything really. Only slight gripe the water pressure was awful for first few days.,But then on day three it suddenly came gushing out so all good!!

No breakfast provided, the location is quiet close to amenities, however it is via a hill or steps, so getting provisions particularly water was a bit of a chore

Good view small room but you expect it to be Good tea/coffee facilities Small again but good bathroom had to heat water for 15 minutes pressure a bit low

Great place to stay, with an amazing view over Assos and close to the beach. We had a good size room with a large balcony plus a fridge and a few dishes and cutlery. There’s a lovely pool too. Socrates is always friendly and helpful and is there all day if you need anything. We’ll stay again!
