A beautiful location and setting. A wonderful welcome from lovely hosts who were friendly and helpful all week. Plenty of space and a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. A friendly local pub nearby.

It was a really relaxing place great to be so close to some woods, we saw lots wildlife and ducks and squirrels go past the window every morning, parking was easy it was right by front of the door, there was a selection of toiletries we could use which was great as my husband forgot to pack his toothbrush it was great to have a fridge, microwave and hobs. The couple were very nice and friendly. They left some milk in the fridge, coffee, tea and 2 small boxes of cereal and there is a game of scrabble you can use.

The Firs is a beautiful place and is a great place to relax away for a few days. Plenty of space to walk around or sit by the lakes. And it’s lovely to sit outside at night. The owners are really friendly and helpful with all your needs. I will definitely be going back again.
