The breakfast was fresh and very good, as was the restaurant's dinners. The TV was good, the beds comfortable (not sure why they gave us a room with two queens instead of a king), and it was quiet but right near some services, restaurants, etc.

Check-in was outstanding, reservation could not be found ( used booking. com) I had res # clerk found the manager, and he made res with my number. Used valet service several times each day, all men were delightful and very pleasant. We will definitely recommend it and will return again.

the location was great! close to many shops and restaurants and just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate.
