The apartment was neat and clean. The host were good and they tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

We rented two rooms, and they were like described. Fairly small, but very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was functional, albeit small. However, this was expected as it was well explained on Booking.com. The balcony was big and lovely and since we had two rooms, one had beautiful morning sun and the other had afternoon sun and we could see the sun set over the mountains. The palms rustling in the wind next to the balcony was an added bonus! The house is only 10 minutes walk from Lungolago, the beautiful lakeside promenade, and although restaurants were closed due to Covid provides a lovely location for an evening stroll.

Location was wonderful, the balcony had a lovely view and it was about a 5-7min walk to the centre of Ascona. Beds were comfy.
