We had a wonderful stay at the Serengeti Villa – unfortunately only for one night, but it’s the kind of place where you’d happily stay longer. The rooms and facilities are simple, yet beautifully and tastefully designed, with lovely African touches that give it real charm. What really stood out was the incredibly warm and friendly welcome – we felt immediately at home and genuinely cared for. We also had a delicious dinner there, and to our surprise, our laundry was done, and even our shoes were cleaned! All in all, this was a truly lovely experience and the perfect place for our first night in Tanzania. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We loved our stay in Serengeti villa, Frank was really nice and assisted us with everything we needed. We wanted to extend another day here but it was fully booked, so Frank helped us with another booking in a sister hotel and even arranged for our bags to be delivered there fuss free. He also arranged for our transport back to Nairobi at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and comfy too :)

Serengetti Villa has the nicest peple working for them, they are welcoming, helpful and you will never go hungry. Breakfast and dinner were so nice, so much food that I didn't even eat lunch. They offer all kinds of rooms and they are located very close to the city center.

It was my first time in Tansania as a solo traveller and the moment i arrived at Serengeti Villa i felt so warmly welcomed, you can definetely tell its a family business and a lot of effort is put to make the guest feel looked after. The bungalows are beautiful. Frank is super friendly and organized an airport pick-up, SIM-card l and a city tour which was all done my first day there and ensured such a smooth arrival, as I was in Arusha for several weeks. I also took a super interesting trip to a local Massai Market with the guide Goodluck. Because i loved my time at Serengeti Villa i returned some weeks later and Frank and his brother organized an amazing Safari for my partner and I, i would definetely recommend to book via them, we had a great overall experience and could ensure the company was local. As i got a bit sick, the staff made me fresh ginger tea on my return. All the food and drinks we had at Serengeti Villa were so good, especially the huge freshly made breakfast and juices. The property is beautifully arranged and very green. Probably the best hostel/hotel I ever stayed at, and hope to return one day as I have only good memories. Thank you!
