Incredibly welcoming staff made this stay special. Staff always on hand to help. Room and bed were very comfortable and I had wonderful deep sleep. Good blockout curtains if you want to sleep in. Steaming hot water in the shower. Perfect relaxation. Very comfortable home base before and after a safari and also to visit Arusha. The absolute standout though was the breakfast. Dinner was also fabulous but the breakfast was one of the best ever. You will start each day incredibly well fed and ready to explore. I loved my stay and I highly recommend it.

Very friendly personnel, assisting you in any way needed and with great communication. We arrived past 3 a.m. and got both good breakfast and dinner ($10/p.p.). They organiser for us a local guide, Goodluck, who against a moderate fee took us exploring Arusha (among other things clocktower, Tanzanite experience, market visit and visit to Cultural Heritage center). We enjoyed the stay at Savannah House so much that we returned for a few hours after our safari for a dinner and a shower before our flight home.

Exceptional. Very cute little guest house. Helpful staff before and during my stay. Remarkable breakfast. Not too far up from the road but I still would ask to get dropped right at the gate after dark. The upside is it was lovely and quiet. Lots of attention to detail with even a power board near the bed.
