The staff here is so kind and helpful. For us it was a Perfect place to stay some nights before and after a safari. The staff took good care of our bagage while we were on tour. Good and clean rooms.

This was our second stay at Bright Star and every bit as enjoyable as the first. We had a room opening onto the long upstairs balcony. Very nice to sit there and relax after busy days. Really helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were nice, too. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff, friendly, welcoming. Good value breakfast and dinner. Close to Arusha city centre etc. Clean rooms, hot water. Internet.
