The fine print
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.The traveler registration form must be filled in after a reservation is made and at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A beautifully decorated hotel. The small garden and pool created a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and let us check out later, which we really appreciated. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for — we’d happily stay again!

Wonderful staff - Monica, Claudia, Mar and colleagues made sure we had a perfect stay throughout. Very nice room with balcony overlooking the garden. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very relaxing. Nice decor and small but good spa. We highly recommend this hotel

I love this hotel. This was our second visit and it does not disappoint. The aesthetic is scandi-chic mixed with Mallorca. The staff are delightful. The food is great. Location is perfect. We will be back next year!
