The house is just great - a lot of space, big living room, covered terrace with a table to have a dinner or sofas to sit and play games.. our family loved the place. The garden is large and fenced, so you can enjoy a complete privacy, only wild rabbits will watch you:) There are some neighbours around, but we haven´t seen anybody during the whole week. So if you are looking for a private and quite place, it´s that! During night you can sometimes hear cars passing by on the street (that is about 50m away), otherwise you only hear some birds in trees or cicadas. There is a parking place next to the side door leading to kitchen and outdoor shower, it´s very easy to get your shopping to kitchen our wet towels and swimsuits to a cleaning spot. The outdoor shower is awesome - you can have a quick shower in the morning sun outside! City Arta is less than 5minutes by car and it is a very nice small city with restaurants, shops and a beautiful view from Sant Salvador hill. Closest beaches are reachable in 15-20minutes by car. Great for families - you can go to the beach in the morning, return back for a lunch, have a siesta and go back to sea late afternoon.
