Room was very new and everything was very clean. Hotel is very close to Arroyo Grande which is just a couple of minutes drive from Pismo Beach. It was well set up for pets if you had them, outside area and tiled floors.

Great location, breakfast not included, great little rooms very comfortable nice decor, rear patio area with pool . Great value , ideal stay for visiting Pismo beach.
