- central, relatively big and clean apartment. - nice view, with balcony - administration company (Arosa holidays) is very responsive, helpful - external maintenance work executed daily (snow cleaning)

very nice location with great balcony, great view, very nice to stay. kitchen fully equipped with cutlery even had a grill and char coals for us. thank you

Very nice location, easy walking distance to bus, ski slopes, supermarket. Apartment was great for 3 adults. Kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook our own meals.
