Bed was super comfy, room was clean, great water pressure in shower. We liked the little package with sponge and washing up liquid, location was fantastic and check in process ran smoothly. Staff great even lent my partner their own screwdriver for the snowboard bindings. Heating was good

I like the main man on reception Juan. Very helpful man who came to our apartment when the electricity didn't work (trip switch - reset needed). He reset our room cards when they stopped working and he also booked us a taxi which turned up one hour and 10 minutes late! But this was the taxi company's fault not the hotel / apartments.

My low rating primarily stems from the poor communication. While the apartment was generally comfortable and well-equipped, the overall experience was negatively affected by several issues. The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and good heating system. The view from the apartment was amazing. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the poor communication, parking issues, lack of cleaning supplies, and cleanliness problems significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the stay for future guests.
