Very comfortable and very clean b&b. Ideally located in the middle of centro storico but surprisingly quiet. Also not far from the railway station,we walked both ways. Our lovely spacious bedroom was very well equipped ( in the bedroom :fridge, kettle,good choice of herb teas etc ) and in the ( quirky) common room a coffee maker and cool water dispenser+ lots of useful maps and tourist info leaflets. What we also really loved was the place round the corner where we were sent for breakfast with a token to exchange. This café / pasticeria ( "Borgo S. Piero" ) is sooo nice and authentic ,with a great choice of pastries/ cakes and the owners ever so kind and friendly.

Great location, great host who meets you on arrival and explains everything you need to know. Very welcoming. The breakfast at local cafe in Piazza is perfect!

This B&B is aboslutely wonderul. Everything was perfect and the host so generous, even a cooled water fountain in the communal room, pod coffee machine and so much more. Maurizio our host was equally wonderful,, a mine of excellent knowledge of, and a passion for beautiful Arezzo. He was also very kind and generous to us with his time and his communication with us was excellent, especially on arrival, departure etc. This fabulous B&B is in the heart of the historic centre of Arezzo and a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Piazza Grande where we had a gorgeous breakfast each morning overlooking the piazza.
