The apartment is nicely planned with lots of space, everything we needed and a warm design. The terrace was perfect for dining outside or just only relaxing. The pool is great but was still a bit cold as we stayed in April. :) We had a great stay, some nice hikes around there and loved our stay. We will come back to casa do pomar if/when we will get back to this region!

The property is amazing and the best one we ever had. It is very clean and they even offered an extra cleaning. The outside area is very beautiful and well looked after. The pool is very clean and someone came to clean it everyday. The owner was very helpful and caring and we could contact him with any questions. If there were any issues he would come and fix them right away. The outside area is very spacious and with beautiful views of the mountains and you can have your privacy. A perfect place to relax!

The apartment is very well laid out and actually bigger than shown in the pictures. Big bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine (pods for a small extra fee). You will even find fresh buns on your door handle in the morning (that was a nice surprise :))! The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't have time to use it. Nuno - the very friendly owner was extremely kind and helpful. He provided us with all extensive information about the area, the places to visit and hiking options which were excellent. We went on a 10 km hike from Sistelo (30 min away) which was amazing - wonderful views and no one on the trail for 5 h! If you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of a city this is the place to go :). If you fancy something different for dinner than traditional Portuguese dishes try the Origens Food & Drink restaurant (15 min by car from Eido do Pomar). Nice ambience and location (by the river), very good food, wine & service! We would definitely stay there again. Thx Nuno:)!
