There was hot water in the shower, the room was fine, it was quite clean and the staff was friendly and let us use the kitchen to cut some fruits.

The room is very cheap and has good working AC and hot water. The staff are also very nice and helped us book a tuktuk to Sigiriya. The property is very close to a couple of nice restaurants and a lake you can go for a morning walk around. I highly recommend the French Toast at The Coffee Shop next to the Lake.

Beautiful location. A typical Sri Lankan guesthouse that never seems to have been properly cleaned. The man running it couldn’t speak English and needed to phone (the owner?) for everything. Tricky.

Breakfast came with a big variety of dishes and coffee was stronger than the ones you normally get - so that was good!
