Very central - directly across from the main train station - the immediate area around the apartment was a bit dubious to say the least - groups of people hanging around the shop downstairs which seems to have a "butchers" but the smell of what seemed to be meat going rotten was all through the building & corridors - thankfully not in the apartment but it was vile . Sorry but would not stay here again
