Claire “Amazing penthouse apartment in Antwerp city centre”

Daan (our host) gave excellent directions to the property and met us on our arrival. He greeted us, showed us around the beautiful penthouse, and then gave us many tips and ideas for exploring the beautiful city of Antwerp. Some tips were not on the usual tourist beat, but were great finds. The apartment is very spacious, air conditioned, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Little extras like tea, coffee, oil, and spices were provided, and even a welcome local beer waiting in the fridge. The apartment is very well equipped for self-catering but also within easy walking distance of the many bars and restaurants within the city. There is a very informative welcome pack with tips on nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and local places of interest. Even though this paratment is in the city centre it is very quiet at night, no traffic or loud music noises to keep you awake. Excellent value for money and we are planning to visit again.

The view was great. Daan was happy to spend time to answer our questions about Antwerp and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. Attention to detail was excellent.
