Location, parking, the friendly and accommodating staff, the convenience of the apartment, the very good breakfast served in the apartment. Communication with Charlotte was efficient and easy.

Beautiful, inspiring place to relax, read, work and live. Lovely touch to have real tea and teapot, for those of us not going to make any use of the ubiquitous coffee capsules.
