The staff are friendly and helpful. Organising our transfers and communication over the chat was quick and easy. The Posada is nice but old but nice. Our room wasn't the best but we asked to be moved and the staff quickly organised a different room which was much nice and quiet. For the price, San Carlos is an OK place to stay, the location is great and to be honest, we didn't spend too much time there as there's so much to see and do in town.

the owners Carlos and his wife Hazel are very nice and takes care of you like family. they always made sure that we are happy and helped with recommendations. the rooms are big and clean
