The payment of your reservation is made in the property’s local currency (quetzales). The displayed amount in the currency you choose is indicative and based on the exchange rate at the time the booking was confirmed.Guests can also use the swimming pool and sauna at the hotel's sister property for a small extra fee.When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. The free pool pass is only valid if someone reserves nights in, April, May, June, August, September and October. It doesn't apply, on high season or Holidays.Please note that the parking place needs prior reservation and it is located 5 minutes' drive from the property.Please note that only 1 pet per room is allowed at USD 5.Please note a 6% fee will be charged when paying with credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The front desk and rest of the staff make an effort to help and deliver the most they can. My three nights there, I circulated myself in three rooms - the first one had an impossible musty smell suppressed by chemical spray. The receptionist girl was very kind to move me to room that was much larger with high ceiling and great ventilation. This second room was pre-booked so I had to move to a third room on my third day which was like the first one, in size and in smell. All three rooms had weak or almost zero wifi coverage.
