Everything was perfect from arrival to dpearture. We arrived early and were able to wait and have some lunch while our room was prepared. The room was clean and comfy and breakfast was good. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful and arranged our transfer to the airport the next day. Really great location not far from the centre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and clean room. Good temperature, never too hot or stuffy (2nd floor). Excellent views as soon as I opened my door, also from the rooftop. Breakfast was good, I was full for hours and could enjoy siteseeing. Excellent location, I walked everywhere. There is no bar on site or late restaurant, so it gets pretty chill in the evenings. I didn't hear noise from the street.

The staff is great, very helpful & friendly. The place is charming. Great view of the volcanos & the city from the roof & the balcony. Great breakfast- with a few options.
