I feel like your stay will depend on the room you get. We once had the private room w/bathroom in the main house and it was very dark, sheets moved, bathroom smelled. The second time we had the room in the garden and it had lots of natural light and was very comfortable. The garden is a big plus! Quiet and relaxing! Luggage storage was possible for free when we did Acatenango. We were able to check in early for free when we returned and that was a game changer for our tired legs! We had breakfast here and it was very good, although portions could be bigger.

We loved our stay at Hotel Casa del Cerro! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The shared bathroom was cleaned multiple times a day. Lovely outdoor area. Location was convenient on the edge of the centre so nice and quiet. Overall amazing value for the price

The location is quite convenient, close to the main square and to all sightseeing. The place is quite cosy and not a lot of noise from the city, or other even other rooms. The personnel was friendly and accommodating. We could leave our bags after check-out
