The staff were amazing, very accommodating and let us store our luggage whilst we hiked the volcano for the night! The included breakfast was delicious! And the staff are so generous, helpful and accommodating! We ended up extending 3 nights!

We had a nice spacious room. The girl who served us was really lovely and helpful. The location is good, a small distance from the Plaza but in a good part of town with lots nearby.
