I liked the friendly staff, we were a group of 15 people and they kindly received us at different hours because we were arriving from different cities in Guatemala. They prepared us a packed breakfast because we had to leave early in the morning to hike Acatenango Volcano. Julio was very helpful and always there assisting us in what we needed. I higly recommend them and for sure we'll stay with them next time we arrive to Antigua.

They helped me out, even if my spanish is not the best! The location is great, from the rooftop you can see the volcanos :)

The beds were comfortable, the Wifi reliable and the shower hot. We booked a double room but were given a large room with four beds, so it was very spacious! The man at reception was very helpful and stored our bags while we hiked Acatenango. The hotel is close to the main plaza and an excellent restaurant serving typical Guatemalan food at great prices (Rincon Tipico is the name of the restaurant).
